BULLET TREATMENT
"Dead Are Walking"
Limited Multi-colored Vinyl 7" (including Orange, Purple, Green, Splattered & the rarest of them all.....Tan Vinyl)
(br-037)

The newest release from the ever-changing entity known as BULLET TREATMENT features the usual loud, kick ass, pedal to the medal hardcore punk rock you won't find anywhere else. Unbelievably these guys manage to keep releasing quality records while consistently rotating the band members. At last count there has been upwards of 20 some people to take part in the B.T. project. The newest line-up has captured 4 songs that pick up right where the last two highly publicized "What More Do You Want" & "The Bigger, The Better" e.p.'s left off. This time Bullet Treatment has stretched out yet again aquiring their first female vocalist, Ms. Liza Graves of CIVET (Disaster Records). Dave H. of THE DRIPS (White Drugs) reprises his role behind the drum kit as does the brain child of this project Chuck tackling Bass duties this time out insted of his more familiar role of guitar. Speaking of which taking over guitar duties is Chris from the VOIDS (Dr. Strange Records). 4 new unreleased tracks, make sure to keep an eye out for these limited records as they will be gone very quickly.

REVIEW:
"On this four-song taste from the ever transmogrifying Bullet Treatment, the band's musical chairs take a new twist, and a coalescing Bullet Supergroup springs into action, comprising the following elements -- First, there's the new addition on vocals, Ms. Liza Graves, star (frontwoman) of Civet. Then, there's Chris of the Voids who takes over on guitar on this record. Bullet Treatment guru Chuck D. lays low on the low end, while Dave H. (of The Drips) returns on drums, driving the band with his ever-ringing thunder beat. So is Bullet Treatment going soft? F*** No, Wake Up! They'll eat you alive! On wax, Ms. Liza Graves has the raw, heavy smoker vocal thing down pat, and pulls off the "naked chicks with guns" act without a hitch on the striking cover art. Like all the promo literature says, this band is all about the "American Hardcore" style that existed briefly in the 20th century before any metal influence integrated / infiltrated into the punk rock sound. This record is missing a bar code, meaning that in the world of numerically arranged lists of every record, tape, CD, DVD, book, and publication released in 2006, the Dead Are Walking EP won't even exist. This is a shame because, whether it's missing from the global register of Universal Product Codes or not, bar code or no, this will be one of the year's great punk records."
