BIO: The year is 2005. The city is Washington, DC. The situation is grim. Roving gangs of emo and indie-rock hipsters rule the city. Clubs and stages collapse beneath the onslaught of white belts, tight t-shirts and whining. The city needs a savior. It needs a champion to set free the punk rock captives. Enter Supreme Commander! With nary an ironic trucker cap in sight, this hardcore Juggernaut begins to right the sonic wrongs that plague our fair city. Calling forth the phantoms of hardcore warriors past, the Commander summons Dag Nasty, Gorilla Biscuits, Cro Mags and Pennywise to lay waste to the false punk that has poisoned our youth for too long. The four soldiers in this band are not the Commander, they answer to Him. His orders? Rock mightily, never surrender, never compromise! The Commander's legions grow in numbers. He grows in strength. His plans begin to extend to the outer territories of the Eastern Seaboard. He cannot be stopped and His edict of rock shall not be ignored!!!

REVIEWS: TWO MAN ADVANTAGE/SUPREME COMMANDER split 7 inch (Basement) Yet another awesome release from Basement records, this time featuring two bands for the price of one! First up on Two man Advantage who check in with two hockey themed hardcore blasts that fall somewhere between the Decline & Motorhead, good stuff indeed! On the flip you get three fast yet melodic tunes from Supreme Commander. Really classic sounding hardcore punk here, these guys would have fit in perfectly on one of those old Mystic records comps from the 80s. Basement is getting to be quite a force to reckon with, keep it coming - LOUD FAST RULES!
